Notice to Customers Visiting Characters World on the 13th Floor of LUCUA South

To Our Valued Customers Thank you very much for your continued patronage of LUCUA Osaka. If you plan to visit Characters World on the 13th floor of LUCUA South between 10:00 and 10:30, the elevators #31 and #32, located on the west side of the Osaka Station City South Gate Plaza, provide direct access to the 13th floor and are very convenient.

Rushing onto the escalators is dangerous and may lead to accidents, so we strongly encourage guests in a hurry to use the elevators. We’ve also posted detailed directions with photos on Instagram, so please take a look at the link below.
