During business hours, please bring your purchase receipt and parking ticket (bike parking ticket) to the Information Desk on the 9th floor of LUCUA or the 2nd floor of LUCUA ERE.
Outside of business hours, please present your parking ticket (bike parking ticket) at any store that is open.
