[Please Note] Registering Your J-WEST Card with the WESPO App

Starting Monday, April 10, 2023, by registering the WESTER ID (formerly J-WEST ID) from your J-WEST card in the WESPO app, you can now use the WESTER Points you’ve earned from credit card purchases within the app!

If you already have a J-WEST Card, please enter the 12-digit WESTER ID printed on your card into the app to log in—there is no need to create a new WESTER ID.

*Please note that “J-WEST ID” has been renamed to “WESTER Member” and “WESTER ID.”

――― (Registration Instructions for WESPO App Users) ―――

① Open the WESPO Home Screen (Log In)
Please agree to the terms of service in the WESPO app and open the home screen.

② Open the registration information settings screen. Tap “View Details” at
the top of the home screen to switch to “WESTER REWARD.”

③ Register your J-WEST Card’s WESTER ID
: Tap the “Already have a WESTER ID?” selection button at the bottom of “WESTER REWARD.” Log in
on the WESTER Portal screen that opens, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.
*The WESTER Portal uses the same ID and password as the former J-WEST Member Portal.
(If you previously used the former J-WEST Member Portal, you will need to reset your password after entering your credentials.)

④ Claim
your campaign points: Just as in step ②, tap “View Details” at the top of the home screen to claim your campaign points.
